Pink Floyd – Live European Radio 1968 (12-Inch Album on 180g Vinyl)

Gaining an early following as one of the first British psychedelic groups, Pink Floyd were distinguished by their extended compositions, sonic experiments, philosophical lyrics and elaborate live shows.

From February to December 1968, the band embarked on a busy world tour in which the group visited Europe and North America. This anthology brings together a collection of wonderful live performances from that tour.

Featured here, are embryonic versions of Careful with That Axe, Eugene (Murderotic Woman) and A Saucerful of Secrets (The Massed Gadgets of Hercules), alongside early Floyd classics such as Astronomy Domine, Interstellar Overdrive, Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun, Let There Be More Light and Flaming.
